3rd Presentation-Sudan

JAY: Alooo...first of all, i would like to wish 'HappY NeW YeaR' to everybody. Honestly, I don’t know much about Sudan. I wanna say ‘thank you’ to the presenter, a guy from Indonesia, Lutfi. Based on his presentation, it gains my knowledge about Sudan. I know the conflict about Darfur, but actually I don’t know where Darfur is located. It makes me realize that as a Muslim, we need to know about other Muslim countries, for example, we need to be aware about the conflict and issues in those countries. Furthermore, I thought that Sudan is a poor country. This is because, mostly the media expose about the poor part of Sudan and rarely expose the develop part of the country. Why is this happening? Is it some kind of propaganda by the media? Hurm, Its hard for me to give answers. Roughly, maybe most people will blame the poor management of Sudan government but the presenter said that he does not believe with that assumption.
For Lutfi presentation, I admitted that he was ready for the presentation because of well-prepared. He gave much useful information, which is why it is called informative speech. He had the confidence, clear in his words and knew what he was going to speak in his speech. On the other hand, his slide was also interesting. Although he did a great presentation, but there is a space for improvement such as his eye contact, he should focus at all audiences and not just look at front only. Em that’s all from me..Have a nice day!!!! Tata….

Yaya: Ni Hao! Today's presentation was about Sudan. I never knew a thing about Sudan so the info shared was such an eye-opener. it was an extensively prepared and well given presentation. the flow to me was like a storytelling session and the info was easy to absorb. i enjoyed it very much.

since Lutfi prepared extensively beforehand, he has the knowledge and cant wait to share with us all that he knew. he projected a confident image but not much eye contact was made and he talked in a hurried way, not too fast but just in a hurry to tell us all that he knew. much hand gestures were used. waaahhh! i wish i could deliver the speech like you!!!! ^o^

Eyllia: Assalamualaikum...today is the last day of year 2007 but it is not the end of the presentation :) well, today (31st DEC 2007) is the 3rd presentation in professional speech communication (COMM 3090) class, which delivered by LUTFI MUFTI, a guy from Jakarta, Indonesia..

What can i say about his presentation???He presents about Sudan which one of the Muslim country..I, myself do not know about Sudan at all until he gives lots of informative information about this country..after knowing this, i feel very grateful to be Malaysian because there is no war at all and children are well-educated.They can play delightly at playground every evening without feel fear about anything..In Sudan (what Lufti had presented), children in Darfur area are force to be rebellion army. for me, this is not the right time for them to sacrifice for the country but they have to do so..i feel sad about this situation.

anyway, about his presentation..he has the aura.he is well-prepared, he has the confidence, he speaks fluently and he knows what he is saying..this is a good effort! however, he has to improve in his eye-contact skill with the audience ad body gesture as well..all in all, Lutfi Mufti had done a great job! THANK YOU :)
